Received my Tunnel Vision Lens

Since Lomography online shop offer the 50% discount for LC-A accessory, then I take it. I always admire the Tunnel Vision Lens, but the price pull me off. I made a move this time to get this lens.

I don't know how was the lens, but I received a big box from the courier. When I opened it, only got a small grey bag in the big box. Put such a small thing in a BIG Box? Just wonder. No surprise from Lomography. Hehe. I thought would have something else.

Just a small grey bag in the box
The lens is so small, just same as my thumb size. 4 magnetic rings are included in the package. Nice. I thought just 2 rings, but the end get 4 rings. The lens is far more smaller and lighter if compare to the Wide angle lens (which is one of my favorite lens).

So how was the performance and effect? Stay tune.

Lomography Belair X6-12 Jetsetter Unbox

Happy Boxing Day!!! Are you unboxing your Christmas present?? Although I was unbox it last week, but it still fresh without film loaded into it.

The camera
So let's see what is in the box. The camera is big but light, Jetsetter is with metal body, but still light. Nothing much with the camera, just shutter, ISO selector, and that's all. Battery is not included in the package. It is just RM3.00 per battery. Maybe Lomography should included it in the package like the LC-A+, because this is just tiny money. Neck strap or hand strap is not included too. So far, this is the first camera that I had without neck strap in the package. I need to get one for it.

Camera with lens
The bellow

2 lens are included in the package, 58mm and 90mm. Both lens are plastic lens, and Lomography just launched 2 glass lens which is 135mm and 90mm. Yes, this camera package is cheap, so don't expect a prefect glass lens is included with the camera.

90mm lens
58mm lens

View finder are included. The design of view finder to attach on the camera is great, which is simple and easy. But I don't know how fit it will be, or when will it break, especially when put in the bag. The most important thing is the frame bracket, which let you choose between 6x6, 6x9, 6x12, are in the package.
Viewfinder

So everything is simple, simple manual, simple box, simple package, and how about the picture quality? Will find it out later.

Lomography Belair X 6-12 Globe Trotter is SOLD OUT!

When I was finally decided to take the Globe trotter with snake skin,
but unfortunately it is SOLD OUT.
With only 300 units in the world,
super limited edition!

Honestly, I am more prefer to the all black,
which is City Slicker.
But after I read the description,
it is just plastic body.
I don't want plastic body!!
I want metal body!!!
So, all black is out of my mind.

I thought to take the snake skin which is Globe trotter,
but due to overwhelming,
it is SOLD OUT!!
Unexpected. Too fast.
Actually I don't mind about the design,
I just want to metal body,
if the black is metal body,
I would take it.

I choose snake skin just because limited edition metal body.
But now,
I have to settle with brown skin, Jet setter.
Jet setter, I am gonna pre-order you.
With the piggies points that I have,
I only need to pay so little.
Thanks to Lomography.

Lomgoraphy Belair X 6-12, will this my first 120 format camera?

Lomoggraphy announced Lomography Belair X 6-12 on 18 October.
Only for pre-order,
and you can get 30% discount!!

When I first look at the camera,
I thought this will be expensive,
surprisingly, it is not.
The price is cheaper than LC-A+,
cheaper than Lubitel 166+,
I'm so surprise.

Yes, it is auto expose,
with zone focus like LC-A+,
metal body,
Yes, it is, metal body!!!
not plastic body like LC-A+ and Lubitel 166+.

For sure, lower price,
then you can't get feature like Lubitel 166+ and LC-A+.
Maximum aperture of f/8,
it would be great if I have more aperture option to choose.

So, will this the first 120 format camera for me??
Which design do you like?
Lomography Belair X 6-12 Globe trotter

Lomography Belair X 6-12 Jetsetter

Lomography Belair X 6-12 Cityslicker

Actually I like the all black Cityslicker,
but the Globe trotter is limited edition and only 300 units.
So, which one to choose?

Spinner 360 Motorizer

New product from lomography!
Actually is a extra accessory for Spinner 360.

I do have Spinner 360,
I call it as a "sunny" panorama camera,
because it only suitable for sunny day.
It's difficult for indoor or low light situation.

But with this Motorizer,
indoor photo no longer a problem for spinner.
Before this,
I use my hand to turn the spinner for indoor shooting,
for sure,
every single frame is in different exposure,
and causing 'line' in the result.

Motorizer is turning with 1/4 shutter speed,
using cloudy, F/8 exposure,
with ISO 400 film is just perfect.

I didn't have this yet,
but looking at the picture,
I do feel that such a bulky device is no good for traveling,
look like it's heavy.

The other thing that scare me off,
is the pricing.
With price tag at HK $1380,
it's more expensive that Spinner 360.

Well, I need to save more piggies points for this.

Check this out.
