LC-Wide quarrel with its viewfinder

All of sudden, when you took your LC-W out of your bag, look into viewfinder, and found out that why the image in the viewfinder so blur, it just heart break. I don't know how the viewfinder can fall out so easily. No drop on the floor, no knock, no throw, but why?? I can't think why it is, scratching my head until now.

So you see the viewfinder?
I need fix it. I can't put it back just like that, the space is not big enough to put it back. I need to open the cover.
I need to put it back
Screwdriver ready. Get it work. After open it up, I just push the viewfinder into it. Close the cover, and hope that this won't be happen again. Finger crossed.

Screwdriver, open the cover.
I push it back
Settled!

It is all about the BIG L, Lubitel 166+

Yesterday I got it, something that in my wish list for such along time, but didn't get it into my bag.

It's all about the big L, Lubitel 166+. Is it worth?? I am not sure. Some said that better get other twin reflex lens camera, some want the effect. I don't know how good it can be. Let me try it out first.

I never tried with 120 film format, all the while, all I know is that 120 film is expensive. That's why I didn't really touch it. I wish I could try. So I ordered my Belair, which is still in production, and I didn't get it yet. I got an offer to get the Belair in advance without the packaging boxes. But I wish to get it in one whole packaging. I rather wait.

While I waiting, Lubitel 166+ in my house now. My love gift this to me. Expensive, she spent all her piggies points on this. Yes, it is a gift, thank you, my lovely.

Stay tuned. Testing testing, actually I not yet un-box it.

Photo of the Day on 14 November 2012

14 November 2012
Photo of the Day!
Thank you thank you.

The photo taken with Nikon FE,
loaded with first rolled of film,
which is Fuji Velvia 100, expired.
Really didn't expect such a good result.
I love the outcome so much,
fine grain, sharp, smooth,
contrast and hue.

I setup for this,
using a table lamp which with florescent light bulb,
a diary, a plastic flower,
and a ring, to reflect the love shape.

A lot of people done this,
this is my first time,
I never try this with digital camera.

Actually beside the ring,
should be a word with marry.
But this is no macro lens,
only a 50mm F/1.4,
so can't read the small little word.
Just one take, and only 1 take.

I like the color, contrast and hue.
I love this combination of camera and film.

Film with Ferrania Solaris 100

Get your LC-A+ or LC-W today,
it is 20% off!!
Don't miss the chance.

Recently tried with Nikon FE with Lensbaby Composer Pro Sweet 35.
I'm so pleased with the result.

Same film put in the Nikon FE,
and in the LC-A+,
totally different result.

Before I see the result of Nikon FE,
I thought Solaris 100 is not that good.
But actually sometimes it depends on which camera you use,
and also the lighting condition.

Vacation in Koh Samui
LC-A+ RL, Ferrania Solaris 100
When using Nikon FE, I add EV +1,
that's mean I'm treating the film as ISO50.
Because actually when using Lensbaby,
the exposure is insufficient.
After few tried, the best would be +1 EV or +1.3 EV.

When using in LC-A+,
treating the film as ISO50 will get over expose,
and end up too bright.
But try and error is not a problem.
